Joe Ebeck is the President and Chief Executive Officer of AM Foam. He joined the company in 1996 as General Manager, worked his way into ownership in 2001, and has retained full ownership since 2012. With over 30 years of industry experience, Joe has played an essential role in AM Foam’s growth, helping build the company into a trusted foam and rubber fabrication partner known for quality, consistency, and long-term relationships.

Joe’s leadership, deep operational expertise, and long-term vision have been central to the company’s continued success. You can frequently find Joe working on the production floor, collaborating with team members, or engaging directly with customers and suppliers. Under his guidance, AM Foam continues to grow while remaining grounded in the values, work ethic, and accountability that have defined the company for decades.

Clint is the General Manager at AM Foam Products, where he brings together deep product knowledge, hands-on product design experience, material consulting, and sharp estimating skills to help bring ideas to life. After graduating from Emporia State University in 2011, he joined the company and grew into a key leader known for his easygoing style and practical problem-solving. Outside of work, he loves getting away and traveling whenever he can.

Jeff Ebeck is the Sales Manager at AM Foam, where he leads customer relationships, pricing strategy, and new business development initiatives. As part of a family-owned company with decades of manufacturing experience, Jeff works closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver reliable foam and rubber fabrication solutions that support efficiency, scalability, and long-term value.

Jeff brings a strong passion for innovation and engagement, focusing on improving processes, exploring new technologies, and strengthening collaboration across teams and partners. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance and a master’s degree from Kansas State University, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, strategy, and organizational development. Outside of work, you can often find Jeff training for marathons or traveling.
