1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and any associated services (the “Service”), including SMS, MMS, or other messaging communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Messaging Program Description

AM Foam Products, a division of Strako Enterprises, provides an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers, vendors, and business partners regarding legitimate business interactions. Messages may include, but are not limited to:

    • Quote requests and responses
    • Order confirmations and order status updates
    • Shipping or delivery notifications
    • Service, operational, or account-related communications
    • Informational or promotional messages, where explicit consent has been provided

Message frequency varies depending on the nature of the interaction and user preferences. AM Foam Products, a division of Strako Enterprises, does not send unsolicited text messages.

3. User Consent (Opt-In)

You may receive messages from us after you choose to engage with our company by:

    • Reaching out to us directly
    • Requesting a sample product
    • Asking for help creating or developing a product

Your consent is optional and not required to make a purchase.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may receive up to 10 promotional messages per month, as well as additional messages as needed for transactional or appointment-related communications.

5. Opt-Out & Support

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

6. Fees & Charges

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. AM Foam Products, a division of Strako Enterprises, is not responsible for carrier charges incurred by message delivery.

7. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging services are supported by most major U.S. carriers, but are not guaranteed to be available on all carriers or devices.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the messaging service for:

    • Spam or unsolicited messaging
    • Fraud, deception, or impersonation
    • SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco, where prohibited)
    • Any activity that violates TCPA, CTIA guidelines, carrier policies, or applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate messaging access for violations.

9. Privacy & Data Use

Your personal information, including phone numbers, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.

10. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the messaging service at any time without notice. We reserve the right to revoke messaging access for non-compliance.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Messaging services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for message delays, delivery failures, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
