Shipping Policy

AM Foam Products, INC.


Minimum Order Requirement

AM Foam Products requires a $200 minimum order value on all orders unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Shipping Methods

AM Foam Products ships orders using a variety of methods based on order size, destination, and customer requirements:

  • UPS
  • LTL Freight
  • Customer-arranged freight or pickup
  • AM Foam delivery truck for local deliveries

Shipping methods are selected by AM Foam unless otherwise specified and approved in advance.

Freight Terms

All shipments are FOB Origin, unless otherwise stated in writing. Ownership and responsibility for the product transfer to the customer once the shipment leaves AM Foam’s facility.

Freight Charges

Freight charges are added to the customer invoice unless other arrangements are approved in advance. Freight costs may be estimated at the time of quoting and finalized upon shipment. Customers may arrange their own freight or provide a carrier account if desired.

Local Delivery

AM Foam offers local delivery using its own truck. Delivery fees of $30 unless otherwise stated, depending on distance from AM Foam’s facility. Delivery timing and routing are determined by AM Foam. Additional charges may apply for special delivery requirements.

Lead Times

Production lead times begin once a purchase order (PO) is received. All lead times and ship dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery schedules may be affected by material availability, carrier performance, weather, or other factors beyond AM Foam’s control.

Payment Terms

Prepayment is required for all new customers prior to order processing and shipment. Orders may be placed on hold until payment is received and cleared.

Packaging

Standard packaging and palletization are included unless otherwise noted. Additional charges may apply for custom packaging, crating, or special handling requests.

Inspection, Damage & Claims

Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery. Freight damage or loss claims are the responsibility of the customer. AM Foam may assist with documentation as a courtesy.

Delays, Storage & Re-Delivery

If delivery or pickup is delayed due to customer request or circumstances, AM Foam reserves the right to assess storage fees and reschedule delivery at the customer’s expense. Additional handling or re-delivery charges may apply.
